SUNSHINE BEACH

Once known as ‘Golden Beach’, Sunshine Beach is renowned for its sand, surf and the stylish, laid-back atmosphere. Just 5 minutes drive from Noosa Heads, on the Southern side of the National Park, kilometres of wide open beaches host a variety of banks for an endless, uncrowded surfing session whilst the beach in front of the Surf Club is patrolled year-round.

Bordering the Noosa National Park, Sunshine will allow you access to a vast array of scenic bush walks that will lead you all the way around to The Points and Hastings Street if you allow.

The boutique café scene will find you sipping some of the best coffee on the coast, whilst a selection of local restaurants are the perfect place for a laid-back Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.

Properties in Sunshine Beach vary from modest 1970’s funky beach shacks to large, modern mansions perched on the beachfront dune, to holiday apartments and ocean view penthouses. There is also a small selection of Land still available to build your dream home! Many properties in Sunshine Beach enjoy spectacular ocean and white water views due to the undulating dune landscape.

For the Local Pooches – Sunshine Beach is very much a dog-friendly suburb, with most café’s in the Village allowing your precious pooch to accompany you for your morning coffee on their decks or outdoor areas. An Off-Leash-At-All-Times Dog Exercise Area extends from Beach Access 27 at the bottom of Seaview Terrace and stretches North to the border of the Noosa National Park.
